The venue is approximately 15 minutes by car from Madrid-Barajas Airport and 10 minutes from Madrid Chamartín train station. Cuzco and Santiago Bernabéu metro stations are both within a 10-minute walk. On-site, the hotel offers 327 parking spaces, although these are externally managed. The hotel entrance accommodates coach drop-off and pick-up zones.

Design

Externally, the building presents a modern-contemporary architectural style rooted in its 1970s origin, utilising a mix of brick, stone, and wood. Internally, the venue was extensively refurbished in 2024. The lobby and public areas are structured with warm wood panelling, indirect lighting, and a soft, earthy colour palette. Discrete design and rhythm-enhancing pillars support privacy and calm, conducive to compliance-oriented events. The meeting area has dedicated access separate from the hotel’s main entrance.

The venue offers 33 meeting rooms across three levels: one primary floor (PC Floor) houses 30 rooms including the plenary Gran Madrid space (capacity 1,140 theatre style) and 24 breakout rooms. An additional two rooms are located at the lobby level and one room on the PS floor. All spaces benefit from natural daylight and top-tier AV systems. On request, certain amenities like mini-fridges and bathrobes can be removed to align with healthcare compliance preferences.

Restaurant and Public Spaces

PRAGA is the hotel’s main restaurant, located on floor -S1, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a seating capacity of 350. The venue supports complete privatisation for events. Additional dining options include Casa de Comidas, offering seasonal Spanish cuisine, and Bikini Bar, which serves premium sandwiches and cocktails. Both are available for private hire based on conditions. Third-party restaurants—99 Sushi Bar and Diverxo (three Michelin stars)—are also located on-site but managed independently.
