Hamburg Airport can be reached in approximately 25 minutes by public transport. The venue offers 172 parking spaces in a car park managed by Contipark located at the hotel. While there are no dedicated coach bays, coaches can stop directly outside the hotel for guest pick-up and drop-off.

Design
The hotel presents a historic and monument-protected exterior. Internally, it has been modernised with a contemporary design throughout public areas, meeting rooms and guest bedrooms. The layout supports discrete access to the meeting spaces which are largely located on a dedicated floor that can be booked exclusively, contributing to privacy and compliance during professional events.

Meeting Spaces
The hotel has a total of 14 meeting rooms. Twelve rooms are on the first floor, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor. All rooms have been recently renovated. The largest meeting room, New York, measures 536m² and can accommodate up to 500 people in theatre style. The first floor, which houses most meeting rooms including the largest, is available for exclusive hire and is suitable for events such as product launches, seminars and training sessions.

Bedrooms
The hotel has 556 bedrooms located across floors 3 to 27. Standard rooms are situated on floors 3 to 15 and Superior rooms on floors 16 to 27. Rooms include business-friendly amenities such as a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary WLAN. This ensures suitable accommodation for business and healthcare guests attending multi-day events.

Restaurant and Public Spaces
The main restaurant, Balaustine, is on the ground floor and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on Levantine cuisine. It seats up to 280 guests and cannot be fully privatised. For private dining, the TwoSix space on the 26th and 27th floors can be booked exclusively for up to 80 guests or partially for smaller groups. The Balaustine Bar and terrace may also be used for informal receptions but are not available for exclusive hire.

The hotel offers a fitness facility on the second floor, near the Sydney meeting room. It includes both free weights and exercise machines. Spa treatments are available via an external provider, Soulhouse, which operates within the hotel. The venue does not promote itself as a spa or wellness destination and does not include pool or resort-style amenities.
