General Overview

The Infinity Munich is a 4-star multipurpose complex with a mix of facilities and services for the business and leisure markets.

As the largest conference venue in Southern Germany, with event spaces for up to 2000 and 439 bedrooms, corporate M&E is their core business focus.

Location

The hotel is located to the north of Munich, 15 minutes from Munich Airport and 25 minutes to Munich City centre.

For delegates driving, the hotel is 1 mile from the main A92 and has 1.000 complimentary parking spaces and coach bays to support group travel.

Design

Externally, the appearance and design is a modern mix of brick, concrete and glass providing a modern and contemporary appearance.

This is continued internally with a contemporary & comfortable but functional design.

Meeting Space

There are two connected buildings providing meeting spaces, either can be privatised on request.

Smaller and mid-sized meeting spaces from 2 to 300 pax, are in INFINITY ONE.

Larger sized meetings for 300 – 655) can be accommodated at the INFINITY TWO building with an additional event space for up to 2,000 people at our BallhausForum

Each space has its own dedicated entrance.

The variety and flexibility of the spaces provided appropriate spaces for kick-off meetings, product launches, fairs, board meetings, workshops and dinner events.

Bedrooms

The hotels 439 bedroms are split between the two Infinity buildings with 7-bedroom floors at INFINITY ONE and 6 at INFINITY TWO. Rooms come with work desk, laptop safe, air conditioning, TV, tea/coffee station, free wi-fi, mineral water.

Restaurant

The two Infinity buildings have their own restaurants with serve as lunch spaces for the meeting rooms, with “Viktualien”, at INFINITY ONE and “Season” at INFINITY TWO. They both serve Contemporary European food.

They each seat 230 and can be privatised on request although for dinner meetings, a meeting room is recommended.

There are two further a la carte Restaurants, a Bar and and an alpine hut for up to 180 people which can be privatized. Catering can be provided in all Meetings Rooms and foyers if requested.

Experience

The hotel has a long history of hosting product launches, investigator meetings, congresses, exhibitions, trainings, kick-offs, and Life science, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies are regular clients.

Fitness

Guests have access to a fitness gym with free weights and exercise machines.

The hotel owns and manages a SPA which includes an indoor pool and various saunas and relaxing areas. Treatments can be booked individually, only available with a surcharge.

The SPA and fitness area is on basement level and has a dedicated entrance. Meeting spaces are on ground floor or first floor level.

The Infinity Munich is a 4-star rated hotel located to the North of Munich. Facilities to include a Spa and a fine dining restaurant however, these would not be included in any proposals for HCP meetings. There are two other restaurants where HCPs can dine.

The hotel's website includes the word 'Resort' in the title, but in our opinion, this is the largest hotel and conference center in southern Germany, and can be considered as an acceptable location to host both internal and external healthcare meetings.
