Frankfurt Central Station is easily accessible via tram line 16 or the U4 underground line, both of which connect to the “Festhalle/Messe” stop within a few minutes’ travel, followed by a short walk to the property. Frankfurt Airport can be reached by taking the S9 regional train to Frankfurt Central Station and transferring to tram or underground services; travel typically ranges from 20–30 minutes by public transport depending on connections. Walking access to Skyline Plaza is approximately 100 metres.
Parking is available in an underground public car park operated by APCOA, offering approximately 129–130 spaces, including four accessible spaces and two electric-vehicle charging bays. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. Coach drop-off and pick-up can take place near the property, although no dedicated coach bays are listed.
The hotel’s exterior design is contemporary, featuring glass, metal and clean concrete structures in keeping with its urban surroundings. The property provides 12 multifunctional meeting rooms located on two floors: the ground floor and the seventh floor. The largest space is the Matterhorn room (Matterhorn 1 + 2) on the ground floor, offering 205 sqm with a theatre-style capacity of up to 200 delegates and pillar-free visibility. The same floor also contains Monte Rosa 1 + 2, Lugano, Luzern, Lausanne and Locarno, providing options for mid-size meetings and breakout sessions. Spaces feature modern AV technology, high-speed internet and adjustable layouts suitable for conferences, workshops, product briefings and advisory meetings. Seventh-floor rooms provide additional breakout possibilities and have access to the rooftop terrace for informal gatherings. No foyer can be fully privatised, and coffee breaks for the seventh-floor rooms must be held inside the rooms rather than in the corridor.

The hotel offers 288 bedrooms distributed across seven storeys. Room categories include Standard (Classic King, Classic Twin and Sleep rooms), Executive (Superior Rooms) and Suites (five Junior Suites). All room types present contemporary styling, with warm woods, neutral colour palettes and layouts designed for work and rest. Standard rooms provide a work desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, a laptop-sized safe, air-conditioning, heating, LED TV, tea and coffee facilities and an empty minibar/fridge. Executive rooms and Junior Suites additionally include Nespresso machines, while Junior Suites also offer a stocked minibar.
Room views overlook the commercial district and Messe grounds. Amenities are suitable for business travellers attending meetings or conferences at the venue or nearby Messe Frankfurt.
The Mövenpick Restaurant on the ground floor serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with regional, international and Swiss-inspired cuisine and provides 168 seats. A private dining area for up to 30 guests is available; however, it cannot be fully separated acoustically or visually from other diners for confidential presentations, so private dining requiring confidentiality should be held in a meeting room instead.
The hotel also features an All-Day Bar suitable for informal networking and after-meeting interactions, and a rooftop terrace adjoining the seventh-floor meeting rooms, which can support meeting breaks or standing receptions.
The hotel has substantial experience hosting healthcare-related and corporate meetings including medical information sessions, scientific discussions, smaller-scale training meetings and therapy-update briefings. Healthcare meetings are part of its corporate events offering and provides appropriate meeting infrastructure, AV support and professional service levels tailored to compliance-sensitive programmes.
