General Overview

The Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle is a four-star hotel located 2 minutes' walk from Terminal 3 is in the heart of CDG airport terminals, only three minutes from public transportation (CDGVAL, TGV, RER train, and bus station). The CDGVAL is automatic and free, this train connects all three terminals every 4 minutes.

Location
The hotel connects to the A1 and A3 motorways with Paris city center is 30 minutes from the hotel and we are just 15 minutes from Bourget and Villepinte Convention Center. Covered parking is available at the hotel with 100 spaces.

Design
The building architecture is modern and acknowledged as an out-of-town-style business-meeting venue. With a glass roof, public areas are well-lit.

Bedrooms
392 rooms, provide 355sqft/33m², with a large working station with desk, free Wi-Fi connection, and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. Bedrooms offer free Wi-Fi and a minibar; they are all similar colour themes.

There are 190 Deluxe rooms (the entry-level category) spread over 8 floors.

Meeting Space
The Conference Center has more than 2000sqm of meeting space across two main areas. Exclusive use can be provided to offer security if multiple groups are using the venue at the same time, suitable for healthcare meetings needing privacy when presenting sensitive material.

24 rooms of different sizes including the ground floor plenary room, a 700 sq. meter ballroom, which accommodates 750 person theatre style, separated from all the other areas. Meeting space décor follows the design style of the other parts of the hotel with a modest, effective design across the 24 meeting rooms.

Restaurant and public areas
The Skylight Restaurant is the hotel’s main restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner offering regional and international options. The restaurant can be privatised and can seat up to 300 participants but for dinner meetings, a meeting room is recommended.

Experience
The hotel is healthcare sector aware and has experience in hosting a wide range of meetings such as advisory boards, investigator meetings, and product training.

The Hilton’s Meet with Purpose initiative offers the chance to introduce wellness, and sustainability to meeting programs.
 

There is a fitness space but no pool or sauna, and no external membership. 

The executive lounge is for guests staying in superior rooms only.
