Located in a residential and commercial area, on the outskirts of the Madrid city centre, the hotel is 9 minutes from Retiro Park.

The Atocha high speed train station is 5 minutes away by taxi and the Metro stations of Sainz de Baranda and Conde de Casal are 200 meters away.

For delegates driving the hotel offers 39 spaces with large area for coaches to park at the main door, shared with the voco.

Madris International, the Adolfo Suárez airport is a short 15 mins by taxi or 30 mins by public transport.

For groups attending congresses held at the IFEMA, it can be reached in 15 mins by car or taxi or 30 mins by public transport.

The hotel exterior presents a brick and glass façade and after being fully renovated in 2024, the interior is of a ‘modern & lifestyle’ decoration which is naturally lit.

The hotel has 4 catering outlets but the main restaurant, the Villa Monda, is located on the ground floor and serves Mediterranean cuisine. It seats 180 people.

The hotel is named after the Retiro Park but the reality is that the hotel sits on a main road and the park is not visible from the hotel.
