General Overview:
The Elite Hotel Ideon, is Lund's tallest building at 19 floors, a focal point for business with 178 guest rooms, and nine conference venues for up to 220 people. 

Location:
Lund is North East of Malmo, Sweden, 54 kilometers from Copenhagen (Denmark) which is 54kms away but under 40 minutes by car or taxi. Via Lund's Central Train Station, which is kms away, and the airport 48 mns away. Malmo airport is 48 kms away and 27 mins by car or taxi.

Design:
The hotel was opened in 2013 and is a modern highrise building with a glass and coloured panel exterior. Inside, the Swedish design and modern styling continue to provide a functional meeting venue.

Sleeping Rooms:
All 178 bedrooms are modernly furnished in the same colors, with free Wi-Fi, a working area, flat-screen television, a safe, an iron/board, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Located at floor 3-14.

Meeting Rooms:
Elite Hotel Ideon houses a large conference centre with 9 modern facilities, all equipped with the latest technology. The largest room can accommodate 220 conference participants and is located on the second floor along with most of the other premises, only one of the 9 conference rooms is located on the first floor at the hotel. Our biggest conference room can be used for private dinner for up to 110 persons. 

Restaurant:
NorthEast is an á la carte restaurant serving breakfast, conference lunch, and dinner. The menu is prepared from Nordic ingredients and includes both classics and new dishes with influences from the rest of the world. 200 seats in the restaurant/lobby at the first floor which can be booked for both privat dinners and conference dinner. 

Experience:
Located in the area Ideon Science Park we are surrounded with medical companies, also the proximity to Skånes University Hospital has given us an experience working whit this type of meeting. 
 

Fitness:
The hotel offers guests a 'wellness' area which consists of a well-equipped gym with free weights, exercise machines and sauna.

The hotel is marketed as both a leisure and business property and is a short distance from some of the city's tourist attractions. 

However it's location in the Ideon Science Park, plus ease of access on public transport or by road from major cities (Malmo and Copenhagen), lends itself well to Healthcare meetings for that region in our opinion.
