General Overview:

The RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) opened in 2018, was built according to sustainable standards, and, with 45 multifunctional event rooms on 3 floors and 17,700 m² of event space, is a modern congress and event center with a focus on business events. 

Location:

The RheinMain CongressCenter is located adjacent to Wiesbaden's city center, in the immediate vicinity of the main train station (approx. 8 minutes by foot) and a short distance from Frankfurt am Main International Airport (approx. 20 minutes by car). Many hotels of various categories can be reached quickly by foot. Parking is available at the congress center with 800 parking spaces. 

Design:

The architecture and interior design of the RMCC are simple and functional, emphasizing the business character of the location and creating a pleasant atmosphere in the building through plenty of daylight and light materials.

Meeting space:

On the ground floor of the building are two large halls with adjoining foyers and a total of almost 10,000 m², ideal for industrial exhibitions, product presentations or plenaries. The upper floor features a large hall with 2,400 m² as well as a variety of rooms for breakout sessions, smaller meetings, conferences or back offices ranging from 20 - 280 m². With the flexible room concept, several events can be held in parallel and yet undisturbed with separate accesses and their own infrastructure.

The RMCC works with strategic and preferred partners, for example, schoko pro GmbH from Wiesbaden for event technology and rigging. Catering at the RMCC is provided by exclusive partner Gauls Catering. At the exhibition and trade fair stands, as well as at the permanently installed catering stations in the foyer areas of the building, culinary supplies are also provided by the exclusive partner.“

Experience:

The health and conference location in Wiesbaden has many years of experience with medical congresses, among others because of the German Clinic for Diagnostics (DKD), Helios HSK Clinic as well as the German headquarters of global Pharmaceutical companies, and has international relevance for events.

Since opening in 2018, the RheinMain CongressCenter has hosted many events for the healthcare industry: Product launches and meetings of international pharmaceutical companies, sales meetings, medical events, medical congresses, symposiums, conferences etc.
