General Overview

The Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport is a 4-star / 3 diamond offers 42,000 square feet of versatile meeting space catering for small and midsize meetings. 

Location

The hotel is located at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport with access to the Chicago Blue Line “EL” that connects to the city.

It is the only hotel located within Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) in a quiet, no fly-zone, and is connected to all three domestic terminals by underground walkways and accessible to the international terminal via the airport transit system. 

The 190 highway is close by and that connects to the North / South 294 interstate highway.

The hotel does not have its own parking spaces, but airport parking is available and for groups, coaches can park outside.

Design

The Hilton Chicago O’Hare is a large 10-storey building with a mainly glass exterior but more classical interior with warm and inviting colours.

Meeting Space

The hotel offers 4 unique ballrooms ranging from 3,400 sq. ft. to a brand-new ballroom which will offer 8,414 sq. ft. of versatile space. Additionally, there are 36 preset executive boardrooms, with built-in audiovisual capabilities all located on the same floor, ideal for small meetings, breakouts, and workshop. 

Meeting spaces are located across the 2nd floor, lobby level, mezzanine level and lower levels with access from the lobby area of the hotel.

Bedrooms

The hotel offers 860 bedrooms on the 3rd to 7th floors, with blackout curtains, sound-resistant floor to ceiling windows, 65” HDTV, a working desk, mini refrigerator, coffee maker and a safe.

For HCP meetings, coffee machines can be removed on request.

Restaurant

The Andiamo is an Italian restaurant, and where guest breakfast, lunch and dinner can be provided with seating for 100 – 150. It privatised but for dinner meetings, a meeting room is recommended.

Other catering and function areas include the Gaslight Club with an additional coffee shop, a grab and go market.

There is a sports bar and snacks can be provided from Café Mercato.

Experience

The hotel regularly hosts healthcare and lifescience meetings including both internal and external meetings.

Fitness

The hotel has a fitness gym providing free weights and exercise machines. These are located on the mezzanine level.

There is an indoor pool, sauna and steam room but no spa and treatments are not available.
